Job Overview

Nextenti is looking for an experienced and dedicated NICU Incharge to lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the NICU.
Supervise and guide NICU nursing staff.
Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
Coordinate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
Handle emergency situations efficiently and make informed clinical decisions.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Requirements
B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years of NICU experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or in-charge role is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment.
