Source potential candidates through various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess fit and competence.
Coordinate the onboarding process to welcome new hires and integrate them into the team.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to position Goodspace AI as a top employer.
Engage in stakeholder management to understand hiring needs across different departments.
Handle salary negotiations and offer letter preparation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field; HR specialization is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and job portal navigation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
