We are looking forward to hire Business Analysis Professionals in the following areas :
Primary Skills :
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support roles
- Strong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, reporting)
- Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar tools
- Ability to manage operational workflows, shipment tracking, and load coordination
- Good understanding of logistics processes including shipment planning, scheduling, and execution
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with customers and internal teams
- Experience supporting US/UK customers and ability to work in EU/UK time zones
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Desirable Skills :
- Strong stakeholder coordination and customer handling skills
- Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution or escalation
- Experience in exception handling and operational troubleshooting
- Good analytical thinking and reporting skills
- Ability to conduct basic system/process training for internal/external stakeholders
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) creation and documentation
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation domain
- Exposure to EDI concepts and formats such as X12, XML, Flat Files
- Familiarity with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and reporting dashboards
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- SAP exposure is a Plus
Responsibilities :
- Ensure transportation arrangements are executed efficiently by booking and managing loads within the Transportation Management System
- Monitor shipment lifecycle, load boards, and team mailboxes to ensure timely updates and issue resolution
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers and receivers
- Handle data entry, load creation, and updates within logistics systems
- Perform exception management, resolving both standard and knowledge-based issues proactively
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, providing timely and professional updates
- Facilitate customer calls, provide shipment status updates, and proactively address potential risks
- Maintain, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Generate, validate, and distribute operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Perform reconciliation of shipment and operational data across reports and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, customer, carriers) to ensure smooth execution
- Support training sessions for customers or internal teams on systems and processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements
- Act as a support resource for team members and contribute to overall team performance
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational metrics
