Key Responsibilities

Program & Initiative Support

Support implementation of global, cross-functional programs aligned to procurement and company objectives.
Assist in translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, plans, and deliverables.
Track program progress, achievements, and risks; provide structured updates to collaborators.
Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze procurement, financial, and operational data to identify trends, insights, and cost opportunities.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
Apply structured problem-solving to convert business questions into analytical outputs.
Business Partnering

Collaborate with partners across procurement, finance, and IT to support program goals.
Facilitate coordination and communication across teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Support collaborator requirements gathering and documentation.
Process Improvement & Digital Enablement

Find opportunities to improve program efficiency and standardize processes.
Support development of tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.
Contribute to documentation of processes, playbooks, and guidelines.
Benchmarking & Market Insights

Support benchmarking, external research, and market intelligence analysis.
Synthesize internal and external data into actionable recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work with data.
Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Demonstrated interest in program management, analytics, or procurement.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with project/program management methodologies.
Experience in digital technologies, automation, or AI applications.
Experience working in a cross-functional or global environment.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
