Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and performance.
Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks used within Siemens MES environments.
Experience with software development lifecycle processes including design, testing, and deployment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
Good understanding of system integration and data flow within manufacturing execution systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
