Job Description

Key Responsibilities –Frontend Development

Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js, Angular, or Flutter.

Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend modules.

Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into production-ready applications.

Develop interactive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code following industry best practices.

Progressive Web Application (PWA) Development

Develop Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with offline capabilities.

Implement service workers, caching strategies, and browser storage.

Optimize applications for modern browser features and cross-platform compatibility.

Improve application reliability and performance for offline and low-network scenarios.

Ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile environments.

UI/UX Implementation

Collaborate with UX designers to understand user journeys and interface requirements.

Convert design concepts into responsive user interfaces.

Maintain consistency with design systems and component libraries.

Ensure accessibility compliance following WCAG standards.

Improve application usability, responsiveness, and user engagement.

User Research & Design Collaboration

Participate in user research, usability testing, and stakeholder discussions.

Analyze user feedback to improve interface design.

Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.

Present UI concepts and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with product teams to improve user experiences.

API Integration & Frontend Architecture

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Manage client-side state and application data flow.

Develop scalable frontend architecture using component-based design.

Optimize API communication and application responsiveness.

Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless system integration.

Performance Optimization

Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

Improve page load times and rendering performance.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility across modern browsers.

Debug and resolve frontend issues and UI defects.

Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Code Quality & Best Practices

Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Implement reusable frontend architecture and design patterns.

Maintain technical documentation and development guidelines.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Promote continuous improvement through modern frontend practices.
