As a Transportation Representative (NOC IB), you’ll act as the primary liaison between Amazon and its stakeholders, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and resolving any issues that arise during the transportation process.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between external partners (carriers, vendors) and internal teams (retail, finance, fulfillment centers).
• Monitor transportation operations to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting customer experience and business continuity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
• Manage sensitive cases, escalating as necessary.

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
