About the Role:
Join EY’s Financial Services Risk Consulting team and help deliver risk and control transformation projects across banking, capital markets, and insurance sectors. As a Staff in the Process and Controls team, you’ll be working with some of the top financial institutions, assisting them in managing risks effectively, improving processes, and ensuring compliance.
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and evaluating internal control frameworks
- Support delivery of process improvement and risk mitigation initiatives
- Contribute to reporting and documentation efforts for client engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior consultants
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and best practices in risk and compliance
📌 Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–1 year of experience in risk consulting or related areas
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or similar fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
