QA Engineer- Salesforce Sales Cloud
Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida-India
We are looking for a proactive QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud testing and automation using Tosca. You should have a solid foundation in manual and automation testing, with added experience in qTest and Jira for test and defect management.
You will be reporting to Manager IT and and have a hybrid schedule working.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Design, and build automation scripts in Tosca.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
Create test cases, test scenarios, and test data in qTest.
Log, manage defects using Jira.
Build both automation and manual test cycles.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to test planning, estimation, and reviews.
Support UAT and production release validations.
Provide clear test reports and automation execution results.
Continuously improve test processes and contribute to automation framework enhancements.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong expertise in Tosca automation (test case development).
Experience working with qTest for test management.
Experience using Jira for defect tracking and Agile workflows.
Experience with SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle.
Ability to analyse requirements and convert them into effective test cases.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification or working knowledge of Salesforce configuration.
Tosca AS1 and AS2 certification.
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git.
We prefer familiarity with additional automation frameworks.
